Items on Sale: Please note that sale items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original product following the return process. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period: If your purchase is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
